Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is designed to reduce misuse of LeadStallion and protect the platform, users, listed businesses, and the public.

You May Not Use LeadStallion To

  • Send illegal, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or non-compliant outreach.
  • Use automated calling, prerecorded voice, AI voice, SMS, or email campaigns without required consent and legal review.
  • Ignore opt-out, unsubscribe, do-not-call, or suppression requests.
  • Represent that prospects requested contact, are ready to buy, or consented to outreach unless you independently verified that claim.
  • Resell, broker, or redistribute LeadStallion data as a standalone data product without written permission.
  • Use the service to violate privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, intellectual property, or platform rules.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass access controls in the service.

Enforcement

LeadStallion may limit, suspend, or terminate access for activity that appears risky, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the platform or others.
