Information About Our Members

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password, plan details, billing identifiers (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), service interests, feedback responses, login activity, and support messages. We use this to run the service, manage accounts, process billing, improve the product, send service emails, sync subscriber data with EmailStallion where configured, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your account information.

Business Information in Our Lead Data

LeadStallion is a research tool for marketing agencies. Our lead data describes home-service businesses: business name, trade, address, phone number, email address when one is published, website, social and Google profile links, license details, review counts and ratings (numbers only, never review text), and signals such as whether a website was found.

This information comes from public sources: state contractor license records, city permit data published as open data, businesses' own websites and public web pages, and public Google search and map results obtained through a data provider. Some license records also name the license holder. We store that name but do not show it to members.

We show members the business name, trade, city and state, phone number, email address (hidden when it is on a personal mail service such as Gmail), website and profile links, license status, and our scores. We do not show members street addresses or the license holder's name. Members use this to research and contact businesses for their own marketing work. Making business contact information available to members may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws, because a sole proprietor's business phone or address can also be personal information. We do not say that listed businesses asked to be contacted or agreed to marketing, and members are responsible for following the law when they contact anyone.

Remove Your Business

If you own a business in our lead data, you can ask us to remove it, at any time, using the remove my listing form. We check each request so that nobody can remove a business that is not theirs, then remove the business from what members can see, erase its contact details, and reply to you within 30 days. We keep only a do-not-add record (the name, phone and address keys) so the business is not added again from public sources. We also keep your request (your name and email, the business, and your message) for as long as needed to answer you and to show that we handled it, and we use it for nothing else.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us run LeadStallion: hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, and the data provider we use for public Google results. Members see the business information described above. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies and Analytics

LeadStallion uses essential cookies for sign-in and security. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your Choices and Rights

Members can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of their account data. People listed in our lead data can ask us to correct or remove their information. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights, such as to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Use the remove my listing form or email us. We will not treat you differently for asking. Some requests are limited by legal, security, and operational needs.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
