LeadStallion provides prospecting research tools for agencies. The service helps users identify business records and possible outreach angles based on available source data. LeadStallion does not guarantee that any business is ready to buy, has requested contact, or has consented to receive marketing calls, texts, emails, or automated messages.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use exported, viewed, or copied information from LeadStallion. You agree to follow all applicable laws, platform rules, industry rules, and internal compliance policies, including rules related to telemarketing, email marketing, privacy, data protection, do-not-call requests, and anti-spam requirements.
No Legal, Sales, or Revenue Guarantee
LeadStallion is provided for research and workflow support. We do not provide legal advice, guarantee compliance outcomes, guarantee revenue, guarantee booked appointments, or guarantee that any listed prospect will become a customer.
Accounts and Billing
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for maintaining accurate billing information. Paid plans may be billed through a third-party payment processor. Subscription access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
Data Accuracy
Prospect records may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or incorrect. You should verify important details before relying on them for outreach, business decisions, or customer-facing claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadStallion is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
